GLIMA - TEAM TOURNAMENT VOL 4.0

GLIMA - TEAM TOURNAMENT VOL 4.0 is a No-Gi team grappling event in the style of Quintet, where teams of three compete under a submission-only, winner-stays-on elimination format.

• Format: Round robin team divisions; the winning fighter stays on the mat to face the next opponent, with a draw in the final round settled via EBI overtime
• Divisions: Teens (13-15) and Adults, across White, Blue, and Purple-and-above belts
• Rounds: 5 minutes with 1 minute rest between rounds; stalling can lead to disqualification
• Weight limits: 250kg combined for men/mixed teams, 210kg for women's teams — missing weight forfeits a teammate, reducing the team to two fighters
• Rules: Illegal techniques vary by belt and age group

Gym doors open at 09:30, with weigh-ins from 10:00-10:30.

Registration is individual (not team-based): 350 DKK for men, 175 DKK for women, and 125 DKK for teens, with early bird rebates available.

Prizes: the winning team splits 300 DKK per three-person team — winner takes all.
