GRIND 14 KIDS

GRIND 14 KIDS is a Gi and No-Gi tournament for young grapplers aged 4–14, featuring round robin matches where every competitor gets multiple bouts.

Age divisions: 4–6, 7–9, 10–12, and 13–14 years. For 10–14 year-olds, skill categories separate Beginners (under 2 years experience or white/grey belt) from Intermediate athletes (2+ years or yellow/orange/green belt).

Rules & scoring:

• Gi matches use IBJJF rules with points from the start
• No-Gi matches follow ADCC rules with points awarded from mid-match
• 0.5 kg weight tolerance applies; missing weight results in disqualification with no refund

Registration: €17 until August 16, €65 late (until August 31). Doors open 7:30 AM with weigh-ins until 3:00 PM (no later than 1 hour before your category starts). Competition begins at 8:30 AM.

Format notes: Minimum 5 participants per category guarantees 4 matches. Categories may merge if fewer than 2 athletes register. Full refund available if no opponents remain after merging.

Medalists receive prizes.
