HAMBURG OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 I EUROPEAN CUP

The Hamburg Open Championship 2026 is a European Cup event featuring Gi and No-Gi competition across seven age categories (from 4-year-olds through Masters 2) and nine belt levels. Matches use IBJJF rules without advantages in a Round Robin format.

Registration:

• Adults: €75 early bird (before April 19), €90 late (before April 28)
• Kids: €60 early bird, €80 late
• Absolute division: +€20 per entry
• Spectators: €10 at the event

What to expect:

• Doors and weigh-in open 8:00am, competition starts 9:00am
• All adult and master competitors receive a minimum of 4 matches; those competing in both Gi and No-Gi can earn 8+ fights
• Legal submissions encouraged
• Team vs Team format with cash prizes
• Championship belt awarded to absolute division winners (minimum 14 registrations required)
• Pre-registration only—no day-of sign-ups
• Capacity: 1,000 competitors maximum per day
