INTERCLUB GRAPPLING VLAANDEREN JIU JITSU - GI - 09/05

Interclub Grappling Vlaanderen is a Gi-only competition for Kids (4–15 years), Youth (13–15), and Adults (16+), governed by IBJJF rules with modifications.

Format & Safety:

• Kids (4–12): No submissions allowed
• Youth (13–15): Restricted submission techniques
• Adults women (blue belt+) and men elite (purple belt+): Lower belt rules applied
• Kids & youth use double KO (4+ competitors) or all-around system; adults compete in single KO
• No open classes for adults

Registration & Schedule:

• €15–30 depending on age/gender (until April 29; late fees apply after)
• Doors 9:00, competition starts 10:00
• Weigh-in required with Gi, maximum 1 hour before your match
• Athletes must arrive at least 1 hour early; disqualification after 3rd call
