ÍSLANDSMEISTARAMÓT NOGI 2026

ÍSLANDSMEISTARAMÓT NOGI 2026 is Iceland's national No-Gi championship, featuring competition across eight age groups (4–17 years and 18+) and all belt levels under IBJJF rules.

Competition structure:

• Children and youth compete in round robin format with minimum 2 matches guaranteed per competitor
• Adults use single elimination with bronze medal matches
• Four mats running simultaneously
• Divisions by weight and age (children/youth) or weight and skill level (adults)
• Open divisions available for all belt levels and weights
• Submissions allowed from age 10 onwards
• Adult matches run 6 minutes

Registration & logistics:

• Children/youth: 3,500 kr | Adults: 7,500 kr
• Deadline: May 26 (bank transfer to BJÍ 0301-26-005642)
• Doors 8:00, weigh-in 8:15, rules meeting 8:45
• Children start 9:00, adults approximately 11:00
• Spectator entry: 1,000 kr (cash on-site)
