Jiu Jitsu Queenz Women's No-Gi Competition Camp Amsterdam 2026
About This Event
A women's No-Gi competition camp by Jiu Jitsu Queenz at USC Universum in Amsterdam, running from Friday evening October 16 to Sunday afternoon October 18, 2026. The camp is built for women who want to sharpen their competition game under the IBJJF ruleset.
The camp is led by black belt Rose el Sharouni, IBJJF European No-Gi Champion (Master 1) and four-time IBJJF Worlds medalist in the Gi. Her game is known for dynamic guard work, outside passing, triangles, omoplatas and footlocks.
There are four sessions, each with an hour of sparring: mount, back and side control on Friday (19:00 to 21:00), leg locks on Saturday morning (10:00 to 12:00), sweeps and passing on Saturday evening (17:00 to 19:00), and first to score on Sunday (13:00 to 15:00). Each session starts and ends with a short yoga warm-up and cool-down, and sauna access is included.
The full camp is sold out, but single sessions (€25) and double sessions (€45) are still available.
Participants need at least one year of training experience and a basic knowledge of the IBJJF rules. Booking runs through the Jiu Jitsu Queenz website.
