Jiutopia BJJ & Surf Camp 2027

Jiutopia brings its BJJ and Surf Camp to Peniche on the Portuguese Atlantic coast, running from Thursday 6 May to Sunday 9 May 2027. The camp pairs daily mat time with daily surf sessions, and the surf is open to all levels including complete beginners.

Training covers both Gi and No-Gi, led by coach Alex Pereira, with classes for kids running alongside the adult programme. The mat room stays open through the day, so there is room to drill and roll outside the scheduled sessions. The venue day runs from 9am to 10pm.

Beyond Peniche Jiu-Jitsu is a full facility rather than a bare mat space. Alongside the mats there is a gym and functional training area, a recovery room with sauna and cold plunge, and a skatepark on site.

Peniche sits about an hour and ten minutes from Lisbon, and the venue is directly opposite Peniche bus station. Booking runs through the Jiutopia website, where a 10 percent discount applies when you book together with a friend.
