From 27th February to 1st March 2026, we’re bringing the Jiutopia experience to the picturesque Sheppey Island, again. This is a special opportunity for past attendees to reunite and for new friends to discover what makes Jiutopia so unique.

Sheppey Fight Academy: The Heart of the Camp
The inaugural UK Jiutopia Mini Camp will be held at Sheppey Fight Academy, a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Sheerness. The academy is well-equipped to host our Gi and No-Gi training sessions, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all participants. With ample mat space and modern amenities, it’s the ideal place to hone your skills and push your limits.
Sheerness: The Gateway to Sheppey
Sheerness, the main town on Sheppey Island, is where you’ll find Sheppey Fight Academy. This historic port town blends a classic seaside feel with modern conveniences. You’ll be within easy reach of local shops, eateries, and a beautiful seafront, allowing you to explore and enjoy the island’s unique charm between training sessions. Sheerness serves as the perfect base for our weekend camp, offering a blend of high-level Jiu-Jitsu and community fun in a distinctive British coastal setting.

Eoghan O’Flanagan is a prominent professional grappler from England, known for his dynamic and submission-oriented style, particularly in the No-Gi ruleset. A black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he is widely regarded for his exceptional use of lower-limb submissions, including the heel hook. O’Flanagan had a breakout performance on the international stage after winning the ADCC European Trials in 2021 at the -88kg division. He followed this success with a strong showing at the ADCC World Championships in 2022, placing 4th and defeating several major competitors. Based in London, he is also the co-founder and a coach at Los Banditos Grappling Club (formerly Submission Grappling Club).

Danielle Tighe is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt competitor and instructor from the UK, known especially for her intense and successful career in No-Gi grappling under the CheckMat team banner. Despite having no prior martial arts background, she quickly excelled in the sport after starting, achieving a significant competitive highlight by winning a Gold medal at the IBJJF European Championship (Gi), where she was promoted on the podium. She describes her preferred grappling style as “nasty” and “smothering,” relying heavily on securing the back and finishing with her preferred technique, the Rear Naked Choke (RNC), reflecting her passion for the highly tactical and competitive nature of submission wrestling.
