KILKENNY ADULTS GRAPPLING LEAGUE

The Kilkenny Adults Grappling League runs Gi, No-Gi, and Absolute divisions in a Round Robin format, ensuring every competitor gets multiple matches. Competition follows a modified Grappling Industries ruleset.

Registration & pricing:

• €40 for 2 divisions
• €55 for 4 divisions

What to expect:

• Doors at 8:45 AM, competition starts 9:00 AM
• Weigh-ins after check-in (0.5kg allowance applies)
• Brackets released two days prior
• Highly trained referees and professional medics on-site
• Competitors alone in a division may be merged with similar weight/experience levels
• Family-friendly venue
• Medals for podium finishers
