About This Event
The Kilkenny Adults Grappling League runs a round robin format across Gi, No-Gi, and Absolute divisions under a modified Grappling Industries ruleset. Competitors choose between €40 (2 divisions) or €55 (4 divisions) registration.
What to expect:
- Multiple matches per competitor to maximize mat time
- Brackets released two days before the event
- Competitors alone in their division may be merged with similar weight/experience athletes
- 0.5kg weight allowance across all divisions
- Highly trained referees and professional medics on-site
- Family-friendly atmosphere
Doors open at 8:45 AM with competition starting at 9:00. Weigh-ins follow check-in completion. Medals awarded to podium finishers.
