KILKENNY ADULTS GRAPPLING LEAGUE

The Kilkenny Adults Grappling League runs Gi, No-Gi, and Absolute divisions in a round robin format, ensuring every competitor gets multiple matches. Competition follows a modified Grappling Industries ruleset.

Registration & pricing:

• €40 for 2 divisions
• €55 for 4 divisions

What to expect:

• Doors open 8:45 AM, competition starts 9:00 AM
• Arrive 45 minutes before your bracket begins; weigh-in follows check-in
• Brackets released two days prior
• Competitors alone in a division may be merged with others of similar weight and experience
• 0.5kg weight allowance across all divisions
• Medals for podium finishers
• Professional referees and on-site medics
• Family-friendly venue
