KIMURA CUP ZARAGOZA 2026

The Kimura Cup Zaragoza 2026 brings Gi and No-Gi competition to categories spanning from Pre-Benjamín through Master, competing under AJP rules. Children compete in a Round Robin format, while the event also serves as the first stage of the Spanish National Kimura Cup Ranking and part of the wider Kimura Cup Tour 2026/27.

Registration fees:

• Early bird: €50 (Gi or No-Gi) / €85 (Gi+No-Gi) — Under 15: €45 / €75
• Normal: €60 / €100 — Under 15: €55 / €90
• Late: €70 / €115 — Under 15: €65 / €100

Athletes registering for both Gi and No-Gi receive a discount on the combined price. Refunds are set at 90% during early registration and 60% during normal/late periods.

Weigh-ins: Friday, Dec 11, 17:30–20:30, and Saturday, Dec 12, 08:00–09:00.

The event is capped at 1,000 athletes overall, with Gi/No-Gi categories limited to 500. Champions, runners-up, and double bronze medalists all receive medals, and the top three teams take home the Kimura Cup Trophy. Purple, brown, and black belts can compete in the Unity Pro League for rankings, trials, and economic prizes, while white and blue belts have their own Unity League with ranking prizes and belts.

Competitors must download their credential in advance, arrive at least 20 minutes before their match (60 minutes recommended), and note that age categories are based on year of birth rather than exact date. Sports accident insurance is provided, though personal insurance is also recommended. An independent referee team enforces AJP rules and can sanction or disqualify athletes
