LEAGUE OF GRAPPLERS NEW BEGINNING

The League of Grapplers New Beginning welcomes competitors age 4 and up in both Gi and No-Gi disciplines. Matches use modified IBJJF rules for Gi and improved ADCC rules for No-Gi, with formats including best-of-three, round robin, and modified double elimination.

The ruleset emphasizes activity and decisive outcomes—no stalling allowed. Athletes are encouraged to hunt submissions and showcase technical grappling throughout their matches.
