LEICESTER GRAPPLING SERIES - WINTER OPEN 2026

The Leicester Grappling Series Winter Open 2026 is a Gi and No-Gi tournament for brown and black belts across Juvenile, Adult, and Masters/Seniors divisions. Competition follows IBJJF rules without advantages.

Format & structure:

• Round robin for divisions with 3+ athletes; consolation matches offered where possible
• Divisions merge by weight or age if fewer than 3 competitors
• Weigh-ins without Gi

Pricing:

• Absolute divisions: £20 entry (100% added to prize pot)
• Second division: £15 early bird, £20 standard, £25 late
• Female juveniles and adults get 50% off; brown/black elite divisions also 50% off (contact organizers for code)
• Spectators: £5 at the door (cash or card)

Schedule: Doors 7:30am (weigh-ins), 8:00am (spectators). Weigh-ins at 7:30am, competition starts 9:00am.

Coach passes: 2 per team (3 for 10+ athletes, 4 for 20+).
