LEICESTER GRAPPLING SERIES - WINTER OPEN 2026

The Winter Open is set to take place on [insert date] at [insert venue/location]. This exciting BJJ tournament will follow IBJJF rules, but without the use of advantages, ensuring that competitors are rewarded solely for their successful techniques.

What's on offer:

• Competitions available for all ages, including Kids, Juveniles, Adults, and Masters, across all belt levels.
• Participants can compete in both Gi and No-Gi formats, with a discount for entering a second division.
• Special promotions include 50% off for female competitors in juvenile and adult categories, as well as for brown and black belts in elite divisions.
• Consolation matches will be offered for those who lose their first match, when possible.
• Cash prize absolute divisions are available, where 100% of entry fees contribute to the prize pot.

Schedule:

• Weigh-ins begin at 7:30 AM, and all competitors must weigh in at least one hour prior to their division's start time.
• The rules meeting is at 8:30 AM, with matches commencing at 9:00 AM.
