MADEIRA OPEN CHAMPIONCHIP

The Madeira Open Championship spans two days of Gi (August 22) and No-Gi plus Superfights (August 23), featuring Kids, Juveniles, and Adults competing under IBJJF rules. The format adapts based on entries—single-elimination, round robin, or best-of-one.

Registration:

• Early bird (until June 18): Adults/Juveniles €40, Kids €35
• Standard (June 18–August 7): Adults/Juveniles €45, Kids €40
• Late (August 7–August 18): Adults/Juveniles €55, Kids €50
• Black belts compete free
• Gi + No-Gi package: save €10

Event highlights:

• Professional photographer captures the entire event; all competitors receive free access to photos
• Personal introductions for key matches
• Medals and custom trophies for top finishers
• Doors open 8:30, competition starts 9:00
• Weigh-ins conducted in gi shortly before first match

Spectators: €7 entry (children under 12 free). One complimentary parent pass for each competitor in kids' divisions (under 14).
