About This Event
OCEAN BJJ TRIAL 2026 - PARIS is a No-Gi grappling competition open to athletes from all disciplines: BJJ, Judo, Sambo, Olympic Wrestling, MMA, and beyond. There are no restrictions on age, belt rank, or nationality.
The event uses an exclusive ruleset prioritizing submissions, with scoring ordered as: Submission Advantages, Points, Penalties.
Prize structure:
- Lightweight and Openweight finals: €10,000 per category (scales down to €2,500–€7,500 based on athlete count)
- Cash bonuses for Best Submission, Best Throw, and Most Submissions
Format: This is a Trial event within a two-phase structure. Win a Trial to qualify for the one-night Final event. Athletes who don't win can compete in multiple Trials.
