Open de Guilherand-Granges - GI

The Open de Guilherand-Granges is a Gi tournament for Juvenile, Adult, and Master divisions, sanctioned under CFJJB rules. Each weight category is capped at 128 athletes, and registration may close early if venue capacity is reached.

Entry fees:

• Gi or No-Gi: €50 (€60 from 23 November 2026)
• Gi + No-Gi combo: €90 (€110 from 23 November 2026)

Medals go to the top 3 in each category, with trophies awarded to the top 3 clubs and teams in Gi, No-Gi, and Kids divisions.

A few rules to note: athletes must be ready to compete 90 minutes before their category's first announced match, weigh-in happens only once (right before the first match, with no tolerance for being over limit), and a valid ID or CFJJB license is mandatory on competition day. Judo black belts, luta livre blue belts and above, and those with wrestling or MMA experience are barred from competing as white belts.
