Otwarty Puchar Polski Combat Ju Jutsu

Otwarty Puchar Polski Combat Ju Jutsu spans eight age categories from kids 6-7 through masters 36+, with multiple competition formats under Combat Ju Jutsu rules.

Competition divisions:

• Grappling Gi (kids 6–9 use points scoring; kids 10+ and adults use submission only)
• Full Contact Ju Jutsu
• Full Contact Fighting (MMA)

Registration: 120 PLN for first entry, 60 PLN for each additional competition. Payment on the day to the organizer.

Weigh-in runs 8:30–10:00, with competition starting at 10:30.
