Owen Livesey - Wrestling for BJJ 2026
About This Event
Owen Livesey, Polaris champion and one of the UK's top grapplers, brings his Wrestling for BJJ camp to Carlson Gracie Hull for a two-day workshop focused on takedowns for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The weekend is built for grapplers who want to sharpen their wrestling and rely less on pulling guard.
The camp runs across Saturday and Sunday with four sessions in total: technique and drilling at 10:00 each morning, followed by live sparring at 14:00 in the afternoon. The format gives you plenty of repetition to drill the material and then test it under resistance.
On the Saturday evening the group heads out together for food and an informal social, a chance to talk shop and connect with the other attendees and Owen himself.
