About This Event
A women-only No-Gi seminar at GrindHouse Porvoossa led by Päivi Levonen, a second-degree black belt with extensive competition experience. The session focuses on open guard techniques from the bottom position.
The seminar runs 14:00–16:00 with guided instruction, followed by optional sparring from 16:00–18:00. Entry is €20.
