On November 16th, Crest will host a special seminar led by renowned European leg lock expert Pawel Jaworski. This event promises to be an exciting opportunity for grapplers to learn from one of the continent's top talents, known for his effective leg locks and strong guard game.

What's on offer:

• Focus on the False Reap technique, with sessions dedicated to both offensive and defensive perspectives
• Two training sessions:
  • 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Attacking with False Reap
  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Defending against False Reap
• Pricing for Crest members: €30 for one session, €50 for both
• Pricing for non-members: €40 for one session, €60 for both
• Payment accepted in cash at the venue
