Puchar Polski MMA BJJ NO GI i GI w Bielawie

Puchar Polski is a Gi and No-Gi championship held in Bielawa, featuring age divisions from Młodzicy (2012–2015) through Masters (1988–1965).

Competition notes:

• MMA competitors with a professional record cannot enter the white belt category
• Masters and Juniors may compete up in the Adult division (Juniors incur an additional fee)
• Competitors may be moved to a higher weight class if their category has insufficient entries
• No-Gi requires a rash guard and loose shorts (leggings permitted underneath)
