Puchar Polski NO GI i GI oraz MMA w Dzierżoniowie

The Puchar Polski No Gi and Gi, along with MMA, is set to take place on February 7, 2026, at the Sports Hall of the Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji in Dzierżoniów. This event, organized by MULKS JUNIOR Dzierżoniów, invites grapplers and MMA fighters of various skill levels to compete in both Gi and No-Gi formats.

What's on offer:

• Categories for different age groups: Youth (2012-2015), Juniors (2008-2011), Adults (1991-2007), and Masters (1965-1990)
• All belt levels are welcome, with specific regulations for white belts in MMA
• Competitors may be moved to higher weight classes if necessary due to low participation
• Registration fees apply for certain divisions, allowing flexibility for Juniors and Masters to compete in Adult categories
