RCI 2 TRIALS

RCI 2 TRIALS is a Gi competition for white and blue belts run in league format under standard IBJJF rules. Each division features 8 competitors, guaranteeing four 5-minute matches against different opponents with no early eliminations.

Format & advancement:

• Top 2 finishers advance automatically to RCI 2
• 3rd and 4th place compete in a playoff for the final invitational spot

Prizes & opportunities:

• £1,000 prize pool for blue belts
• White belts compete for merchandise and sponsorship opportunities
• Women's divisions under 62kg now available
• Squads Tournament (8-team bracket) with £1,000 cash prize for winners

Event details:

• Weigh-in at 12:30, competition starts 13:30 (approx)
• Spectators welcome: £5 entry at the door
• Two trials events run throughout the year

Ranking points awarded: 3 for submission wins, 2 for points wins, 1 for draws.
