About This Event
RFS 5 brings together Takedown and Sport Sambo competition for athletes 16 and up. Sport Sambo features blind matching across all levels, while Takedown runs weight class divisions with a unique team format: 3v3 squads with a combined weight cap of 250kg.
Competitors are categorized by experience—beginners (under 2 years in takedown combat sports) and advanced (2+ years). Weigh-ins are conducted in shorts and T-shirt.
