Rose El Sharouni Seminar

Hello my fellow smols!

Really excited to announce that the incredible @rose.jiujitsu will be joining us for our next -53kg event on 14 November! She will be teaching a 90min seminar, and then we will have our usual open mat for the remaining 90 mins.

If you don't already know who Rose is, she is one of Europe's most accomplished grapplers. She's probably been competing at an elite level for longer than many of you have been training.

Here are some of her achievements: 🥉 IBJJF Worlds x4 🥈 IBJJF Euros, Pans & AJP World Pro 🥇 IBJJF No-Gi Euros (M1)

And these are JUST the black belt majors, all at Light Featherweight.

She is also behind @jiujitsuqueenz, one of the pioneering efforts in Europe to bring women together on an international scale to learn from the best female competitors. It's an incredibly successful production which I would strongly recommend to attend if you ever have the opportunity.
