Róża Fight Cup 12 welcomes young competitors aged 5–18 to compete in Gi and No-Gi grappling, MMA, or both formats on the same day.

What to expect:

• Doors open 7:00, common warm-up at 8:00, rules briefing at 8:20, commemorative photo at 8:40
• Competition starts 9:00
• Monetary prizes awarded after each age group, plus a lottery draw
• Participants can enter one or both events
