SBJJL Valmentaja- ja ohjaajakoulutus, taso 1 is a Level 1 coach and instructor training course (VOK-1) designed for member club representatives. The in-person session takes place in Helsinki across three days: Friday 24 April at 17:00, Saturday 25 April at 09:00, and Sunday 26 April at 09:00.
The course combines participatory lectures covering skill learning and practice, physiology and anatomy, and the psychological needs of athletes. Participants complete pre-assignment tasks to reflect on their coaching philosophy before attending. A digital certificate is awarded upon successful completion.
