Training Camp BASK 2026

Training Camp BASK is a five-day, four-night immersive Jiu-Jitsu program in Hasparren, a typical Basque village in the French Pays Basque, around 30 minutes from Biarritz. It is limited to 25 participants and runs all-inclusive.

The camp is built around "L'Arbre JJB", presented as France's first structured method for organising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. The focus is on building a coherent technical system rather than collecting isolated techniques: participants learn to visualise the fundamental structures of BJJ, identify their preferred techniques, and connect positions fluidly during sparring.

The experience goes beyond the mats with surf lessons at Anglet, boat trips, cold plunging, yoga, video analysis, professional massage, and photography. Accommodation is in cabin-style lodging with access to a 25-metre pool and a jacuzzi.

Instruction is led by Youness Bennouali, one of France's most decorated competitors: AJP World Champion, seven-time French Champion, and IBJJF Pan-American Champion.
