TRONDHEIM OPEN GRAPPLING

Trondheim Open Grappling welcomes grapplers from all backgrounds—BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, and more. The event runs both Gi and No-Gi competitions using double elimination or round robin formats, with submission-only grappling in the No-Gi division.

Divisions: Kids and Adults across white, blue, and purple belt levels, plus Judo black belt competitors. Experience classes are organized by training years and belt level.

Registration:

• Single discipline (Gi or No-Gi): 400 NOK (350 NOK early bird)
• Both Gi and No-Gi: 550 NOK (450 NOK early bird)
• Kids: 200 NOK

Competitors entering both formats receive at least four matches. Gi competition follows IBJJF rules.

Schedule: Doors at 7:30. Kids weigh-in 8:00–8:30 with first matches at 9:00. Adult Gi weigh-in ends 11:30, matches start 12:00. Adult No-Gi weigh-in ends 13:30, matches start 14:00.
