TRONDHEIM OPEN SEPTEMBER SHOWDOWN

The Trondheim Open September Showdown welcomes grapplers from all backgrounds—BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, and Traditional Jiu Jitsu experience all count. Divisions are structured by experience level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and age, with Masters categories formed where numbers allow.

Registration:

• Single discipline (Gi or No-Gi): 400 NOK
• Both Gi and No-Gi: 550 NOK
• Kids: 200 NOK

Schedule at Havet Arena:

• Doors open 8:00
• Kids weigh-in 8:00–8:30, first match 9:00
• Adult Gi weigh-in ends 10:30, first match 11:00
• Adult No-Gi weigh-in ends 12:30, first match 13:00

The event features BBQ and sauna facilities. Masters weight and skill classes may be merged depending on competitor numbers.
