This No-Gi seminar in Helsinki, taught by Tuomas Simola for the fifth time, runs on Saturday 3 October 2026, starting at 12:00.

Program:

• Session 1 (12:00–13:30): Wrestle Up — wrestling attacks from guard
• Break (13:30–14:00)
• Session 2 (14:00–15:30): Master escapist — defense to victory, covering sprawl technique, Granby roll, and escapes from mount and side control
