UK GRAPPLERS 8 - BJJ OPEN (GI, NO-GI & TEAMS)

UK GRAPPLERS 8 is a comprehensive BJJ competition featuring Gi, No-Gi, and team divisions across 11 age categories from Pee Wee (4-5 years) through Veterans (40+), all belt levels white to black.

Competition formats:

• Weight class divisions follow IBJJF rules with formats ranging from best-of-three to double elimination depending on bracket size
• Warriors League: absolute No-Gi division under UKGCC rules emphasizing submissions
• Team Clash: 5v5 team competition
• Every athlete competes at least twice via the UKGCC 2-Match Guarantee

Registration & fees: Early Bird pricing available until 4 weeks prior. Brown and black belts compete free in weight class divisions (voucher required). All entries via Smoothcomp before deadline.

Schedule: Doors open 8:30 am, competition starts 9:00 am. Weigh-ins from 8:30 am all day, with evening weigh-in the day before (7–9 pm, time to be confirmed).

Prizes & facilities: Custom medals for top 3, Best Academy Trophy, Warriors League Champion Belt, and team winner trophy. Three fighting mats, warm-up studio, on-site café, and free parking. Professional photography with free gallery; video packages available.

Spectators: £5 entry (cash or card). Under 18s free. Coaches receive complimentary passes based on athlete numbers registered.
