ЗМАГАННЯ F-TEAM PROVING GROUND LITE

F-TEAM Proving Ground Lite brings together competitors from Kids 1-3 (4-9 years) through Adults (16+) in both Gi and No-Gi formats, run as single elimination brackets.

No-Gi matches are Submission Only with overtime, while Gi follows classic belt-division rules. Under-16 Gi divisions split by belt (white, gray, colored), with No-Gi separated into Novice (white) and Open Belts (gray and colored). Adults 16+ compete No-Gi only, in a single combined division for white and blue belts. Only solid blue, white, or black gis are permitted.

Key details:

• Weigh-in: Nov 6, 18:00–19:30 and Nov 7, 07:30–08:30
• Competition starts at 09:00
• Entry: 1500 UAH for one category, 2800 UAH for both Gi and No-Gi
• Medals awarded for top places in each category
• Athletes must check in at the warm-up zone 60 minutes before their division
• No changes or refunds once brackets are published
• Cancellation refunds: 100% before Oct 26, 50% before Nov 2
• Registration is capped and may close early once the participant limit is reached
