ZURICH BJJ SPRING OPEN GI AND NO-GI 2027

The Zurich BJJ Spring Open Gi and No-Gi 2027 runs across two days at Alte Winterthurerstrasse 62, Wallisellen, with competition under AJP Rules for Children, Youth, Adults, and Masters at Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black belt levels.

Schedule:

• Children & Youth weigh-in: Friday 09.04.2027, 17:00–19:00 (Forchstrasse 225, Zurich), plus competition-day weigh-in Saturday 10.04, 09:30–11:00
• Children & Youth competition: Saturday 10 April, starting 11:00
• Adults weigh-in: Saturday 10.04, 15:00–17:00, plus competition-day weigh-in Sunday 11.04, 09:00–10:00
• Adults competition: Sunday 11 April, starting 10:00

Fees follow tiered early bird (until 30.11.2026), normal (until 28.02.2027), and late (until 07.04.2027) pricing, separated for Kids and Adults, and by Gi, No-Gi, or combined Gi & No-Gi registration.

Prizes: Top academies earn free registrations for future competitions (3/2/1 for 1st–3rd), while Adults Open Class (Absolute) gold medalists receive cash prizes ranging from CHF 150 (Blue Belt) to CHF 400 (Black Belt), provided a minimum of 4 athletes register.

The event will be streamed live, with spectator entry set at CHF 5. Kimonos must be white, blue, or black, No-Gi attire requires plain t-shirts and shorts without pockets, and high heels are not permitted in the venue. Coach numbers are capped based on
