About This Event

Italy's 15th National Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship takes place in Roma with both Gi and No-Gi tournaments. Open to athletes aged 4 and up, it serves as a selection event for Italy's National Teams competing at the IBJJF European Championships.

Competition structure:

  • Age divisions: Kids (4–15 years), Juveniles, Adults, and Masters
  • Belt levels: White, Colored, Brown, and Black
  • Weight categories and Openweight divisions (available for 10+ years)
  • IBJJF rules without advantages

Registration & fees:

  • Reduced rates by May 3: €20 per division (kids 4–15) or €5 (Adult/Master Black Belts); €18 Openweight
  • Standard rates by May 31: €30 per division (kids 4–15) or €10 (Adult/Master Black Belts); €18 Openweight
  • €10 discount for registering both Gi and No-Gi (excluding Black Belts)
  • Free registration for Ukrainian refugees
  • First 50 registrants receive a free event t-shirt (KANO KIMONOS)

Prizes & ranking: Prize money ranges €3,000–€20,000 depending on total registrations. Top 5 teams earn cash prizes. Black Belts earn up to 125 ranking points for 1st place, with additional points for match wins and submissions.

Schedule: Weigh-ins 8am–4pm, competition starts approximately 10am.
