2026 LITHUANIA OPEN GRAPPLING GI / NOGI CHAMPIONSHIP

Regulations (English):

I. OBJECTIVE AND TASKS

To promote grappling and to improve athletes skills.

II. PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION

The competition will take place on November 14, 2026, at the Panevėžys Athletics Arena (Liepų al. 4, Panevėžys).

Arrival of participants, registration:

weigh in: 13 Novemberbetween 16:00 to 17:00, V.Maciuleviciaus str. 51, Vilnius, Lithuania

weigh in: 14 November between 9:00 and 10:00, Liepu al. 4, Panevezys, Lithuania

After the weighing time, the participants will not be weighed!

Athletes must present a valid identity document.

The competition begins at 11.00.

III. PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAMME OF THE COMPETITION

Competitions are individual , the number of participants is unlimited

IV. HOLDING  THE COMPETITION

The judge panel approved by IGF holds the competition.

V. RULES

VI. AWARDS

Winners and prize-winners of individual competitions are awarded with medals of the appropriate degree. Absolute winners – belts. The winning teams are awarded with cups.

VII. CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

Participant fee for one discipline:

normal registration until November 8  -  30 euros.

late registration from November 9 to 12 - 40 euros.

Travel expenses for athletes and coaches shall be paid by the sending organization.

Sending organization and coach are responsible for competition participants’ health and security.

We recommend having a health insurance for participants of the competition.

Registration shall be approved upon payment of the fee. 

VIII. REGISTRATION

The number of participants is unlimited.

Registration  www.smoothcomp.com until 12 November  2026 at 24.00 h (Time of Lithuania)

Athletes who have not registered in advance and/or paid the participation fee will not be registered for the competition on the day of the competition.

If during the weigh-in the athlete exceeds the weight in which he registered for the competition, he will be promoted to a higher weight category only after paying an additional fee of 10 euros, otherwise a defeat will be counted!

In the absence of opponents in the beginner age groups and the possibility to move to a higher weight category, the organizers reserve the right to move the athlete(s) to advanced age groups.

In the absence of opponents in the age groups of masters men and the possibility of transferring to a higher weight category, the organizers reserve the right to transfer the athlete to the age groups of adult men.

The paid participation fee is non-refundable

I. TIKSLAS IR UŽDAVINIAI

Populiarinti Grappling sportą ir tobulinti sportininkų meistriškumą.

II. VARŽYBŲ VYKDYMO VIETA IR LAIKAS

Varžybos vyks 2026 m. lapkričio 14 d. Panevėžio lengvosios atletikos manieže (Liepų al.. 4, Panevėžys, Lietuva).

Dalyvių svėrimas lapkričio 13 d. nuo 16.00 iki 17.00 adresu: Vido Maciulevičiaus g. 51, Vilnius, Lietuva

Dalyvių svėrimas lapkričio 14 d. nuo 9.00 iki 10.00 val. Panevėžio lengvosios atletikos manieže Liepų al. 4, Panevėžys, Lietuva

(Turi pateikti oficialų  asmens dokumentą).

Pasibaigus svėrimo laikui, dalyviai sveriami  nebus!

Varžybų pradžia 11.00 val.

Visi sportininkai privalo dalyvauti varžybų atidarymo ceremonijoje!

III. VARŽYBŲ DALYVIAI IR PROGRAMA

Varžybos asmeninės ir komandinės, dalyvių skaičius neribojamas.

IV. VARŽYBŲ VADOVAVIMAS

Varžyboms vadovauja LGF patvirtinta teisėjų kolegija.

VI. APDOVANOJIMAS

Asmeninių varžybų nugalėtojai ir prizininkai apdovanojami atitinkamo laipsnio medaliais. Absoliučios svorio kategorijos nugalėtojai - čempionų diržais, komandos - taurėmis

VII. PRIĖMIMO SĄLYGOS

Dalyvio mokestis vienai disciplinai :

registracija iki lapkričio 8 d. 30 eurų.

vėlyva registracija nuo lapkričio 9 iki 12 d. - 40 eurų.

 (Paskirtyje rašome: Dalyvio mokestis, disciplina (Gi; NoGi ), dalyvio vardas ir pavardė).

Kelionės išlaidas sportininkams, treneriams apmoka komandiruojanti organizacija.

Už varžybų dalyvių sveikatą ir saugumą atsako komandiruojanti organizacija ir treneris.

Rekomenduojame varžybų dalyviams turėti sveikatos draudimą.

VIII. REGISTRACIJA

Dalyvių skaičius neribojamas. Registracija  https://smoothcomp.com iki 2026 m. lapkričio mėn. 12 d. 24.00 val.

Sportininkai neužsiregistravę iš anksto ir/ar nesumokėję dalyvio mokesčio, varžybų dieną į varžybas nebus registruojami.

Jeigu sportininkas svėrimo metu viršija svorį, kuriame registravosi į varžybas, į aukštesnę svorio kategoriją bus keliamas tik sumokėjęs 10-ies eurų papildomą mokestį, priešingu atvejų bus užskaitytas pralaimėjimas!

Pradedančiųjų amžiaus grupėse nesant priešininkų ir galimybės perkelti į aukštesnę svorio kategoriją organizatoriai pasilieka teisę perkelti sportininką (-ę) į pažengusių amžiaus grupes.

Meistrų vyrų amžiaus grupėse nesant priešininkų ir galimybės perkelti į aukštesnę svorio kategoriją organizatoriai pasilieka teisę perkelti sportininką į suaugusių vyrų amžiaus grupes.  

Sumokėtas dalyvio mokestis negrąžinamas.
