ADCC Grappling Camp Mikkeli 2026

Kamppailuareena Mikkeli hosts a two day ADCC submission grappling camp on August 29 and 30, 2026, built for athletes preparing for the autumn ADCC qualifiers. The program is taught by Miro Pentti, Teemu Sikanen and Roope Lindfors from DOJO ry, three Finnish grapplers who compete and coach at a national level.

Saturday opens with warm up sparring at 10:00, followed by leg lock fundamentals with Roope Lindfors and a slide by techniques block with Teemu Sikanen. The afternoon runs through a Q&A and open sparring. Sunday focuses on back control and finishes with Miro Pentti, then closes with an ADCC ruleset seminar and more live rolling.
