CROSS FIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Cross Fight Championship is a No-Gi grappling tournament following ADCC-inspired rules with divisions for ages 11/14, 15/17, and 18+, across all belt levels from white to black.

Format & Rules:

• Round Robin (3 competitors), Semi-finals + Finals (4), or Direct Elimination (4+)
• Standing start with points from the beginning for youth; seniors get 3 minutes without points
• Heel hooks and knee locks prohibited; guillotine banned for U11 and U13
• Submissions allowed according to age category
• Mandatory attire: rashguard and No-Gi shorts

Medals awarded to all semi-finalists in direct elimination format. Safety and fair play are prioritized, with a medical certificate recommended.
