FIT4FIGHT SUB ONLY 16

FIT4FIGHT SUB ONLY 16 is a No-Gi submission wrestling tournament for Children (7–12), Youth (13–15), and Adults (16+). The format adapts based on entries: single elimination, round robin, or best-of-three.

Registration:

• Children & Youth: 195 SEK (early bird), 295 SEK (regular), 395 SEK (late)
• Adults: 295 SEK (early bird), 395 SEK (regular), 495 SEK (late)
• Discount: 200 SEK off when entering two classes (100 SEK for kids)
• Spectators & stream: 150 SEK

Event details:

• Weigh-in 9:00–11:00, competition starts 12:00
• Held at Sweden's largest martial arts center (1700 m²) with up to 9 competition areas
• Large warm-up area, sauna access during weigh-in, food and refreshments on-site
• Matches decided by submission only; if no submission occurs, referees award points based on closest to submission or submission attempts
• Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
