ROOTS INVITATIONAL V

ROOTS INVITATIONAL V is a two-part Gi and No-Gi event structured around experience levels: Beginner (under 2 years), Intermediate (2–4 years), and Pro (4+ years), with a separate Pro Card division for purple belts and higher.

The undercard tournament uses Grappling Industries Rules with brackets generated by registration numbers, weight, and experience. Every participant is guaranteed at least one match in each discipline. An Absolutes division gives less experienced grapplers a path to the main card superfights.

Pro Card matches and the Absolutes final (if 4+ competitors) are contested under 10-minute EBI rules. Brackets are published the day before the tournament.
